We believe that by continuous up-skilling and education we can improve the skills and confidence of our farmers and vets.  This is part of our forward thinking and proactive approach to farm animal health, production and welfare.  The majority of our vets are involved in training at some level so they have all had ‘Train the Trainer’ learning in order to be skilled communicators.
